1080p Full HD Projector
Just as HD changed the way we look at the quality of image reproduction, 1080p full HD is about to take high definition itself to a whole new level. And the Panasonic PT-AE2000U projector elevates the home theater viewing experience to one which rivals a cinematic experience.

1080p is the ultimate HD projector standard – offering the highest resolution possible, with a level of detail that is more than 12 times higher than that of traditional, standard-definition TV. 1080p offers the best of today’s two existing standards – 720p and 1080i – with 360 additional lines of image resolution (vs. 720 progressive), as well as a progressively scanned image (vs. the 1080 interlaced). The 1080p’s higher image resolution and progressive scan capabilities – available on the new PT-AE2000U projector - will take your HD viewing to stunning new dimensions of realism.

Whether it’s output from your laptop, game console system or new, high-definition DVD player, 1080p is here via the PT-AE2000U. It’s a great, future-proof projector investment that prepares you for the next wave in consumer electronic formats.

The PT-AE2000U features an exclusive, new, full-HD-compatible lens technology that produces crisper, more vivid images and a unique Pure Color Optical Filter that allows you to experience true movie-theater-quality entertainment at home or anywhere you wish.

In fact, this cutting-edge technology was developed and fine-tuned at the Panasonic Hollywood Laboratory (PHL), where Hollywood picture quality sets the gold standard for the industry, with leading Hollywood colorists and image experts to meet the growing demand for HD content.

24/7 Projector Operation
When running mission critical applications, like Command & Control, you can’t afford your projector's visual communications system to go down. Panasonic’s unique combination of highly reliable DLP® technology with our proprietary BriteOptic™ Dual Lamp and Liquid Cooling systems ensures you remain in command and in control.

And because these always-on applications require constant monitoring, it’s critical that the image quality be easy on the eyes. These ultra-bright, high-resolution projectors deliver the highest image quality possible to deliver crisp and clear images all day, all week, and all month, for years to come.

AC Projector Lamps
Newly developed AC projector lamps with full 300*1 watts of power offer excellent brightness and greater reliability. The new lamp drive system also lowers the stress on the lamp electrodes allowing the lamps to have a lifetime of approximately 3,000 hours. The AC not only increases the life of the lamps, but also minimizes color irregularities, bringing out the best projector images possible.

ARF - Auto Rolling Filter
The Panasonic PT-F100NT projector features the Micro Cut Filter, a high-efficiency electrostatic filter. The used section of the filter is periodically wound into the casing, so top filtering performance is continually maintained. Depending upon the usage environment, this innovation allows the filter to last from 3,000-5,000 hours. The auto-rolling filter combines with a totally reengineered airflow path and a hermetic, dust-free optical system design to assure that the air inside the projector is clean at all times. This minimizes any brightness loss due to dust accumulation, thus lowering your maintenance costs and your total cost of projector ownership.

Auto-Cleaning Robot
The Panasonic PT-D10000U projector is the world's first projector with an automatic filter cleaning system. When you switch on the projector, the air filter operates and the brush of the auto cleaning "robot" removes dust from the filter. This prevents the clogging results in malfunctions and other problems. The ACR combines with a totally reengineered airflow path and a hermetic, dust-free optical system design to assure that the air inside the projector is clean at all times. This minimizes any brightness loss due to dust accumulation, thus lowering your projector maintenance costs and your total cost of ownership.

Automatic Projector Keystone Correction
In the real world, you can’t always completely control where your projector will be set up. In many presentation situations the projector is not set up at an ideal angle to the screen, resulting in what is commonly referred to as keystone effect – where the sides of the presentation start wide and then narrow down toward the bottom.

Our Automatic Keystone Correction function automatically detects real time changes to the vertical angle of the projector during operation and instantly makes the necessary keystone correction to ensure optimum viewing.

BriteOptic Dual-Lamp System
Panasonic's unique BriteOpticTM Technology manages the simultaneous use of two high performance bulbs to deliver ultra-high brightness and superior high-definition image quality when in dual-lamp mode. A further benefit of this technology ensures that your projector won’t go dark in the middle of the big presentation. In dual-lamp mode, if one lamp burns out, the other bulb will shine on without any interruptions. In single lamp mode, the lamp relay function optimizes performance for each bulb, maximizing performance and ensuring greater continuous operation requirements, such as found in command and control environments.

Built-In Multi-Screen Support System
The Built-In Multi-Screen Support System-Edge Blending/Color Matching feature provides the best quality multi-screen display with edge blending and color matching. The edge blending function controls luminance at the edges where screens overlap.

The Color Matching function corrects the subtle variations in color reproduction between projectors. The adjustment assist software quickly and precisely optimizes images, so the colors on each screen are uniformly reproduced.

The projector digital image enlarging function enlarges images up to 10 times, horizontally and vertically, without using any additional devices.

Daylight View 3
Don't let your next projector presentation be a washout. Panasonic’s exclusive projector technology ensures your next presentation will be ultra-bright and vivid, even in well-lit rooms where the ambient light sources cannot be controlled – such as when a door opens or when window coverings fail to block out sunlight.

The PT-F100 series projectors feature Panasonic’s Daylight View 3 technology, which uses an adaptive low-pass filter to optimize the dark parts of the image. This makes projector images seem brighter and higher in contrast, so they appear crisp, vivid and easy to see even in brightly lit rooms. Daylight View 3 also includes a built-in ambient light sensor that automatically detects room brightness and adjusts operation accordingly.

Direct Projector Power Off
We live in a busy world, running from one projector presentation to another, and often having to take the projector with us. With the Direct Power Off feature, busy presenters don’t have to wait for the projector to cool down before turning it off and hitting the road.

A built-in capacitor provides continuous power to cool the internal components, even after the projector has been turned off and put away. This allows you to turn off the main power as soon as the presentation is over. Not only does this provide a quieter environment, it also prevents damage to the bulb from insufficient lamp cooling.

Enhanced Projector Wireless Features
Enjoy true freedom with the mobility of Panasonic's full line of wireless projectors, by making presentations from anywhere in the room without having to hassle with cables. And when multiple presenters are making a presentation from a single projector, no worries. Panasonic wireless projectors allow for up to 16 PCs to display simultaneously onto a single screen.

With our enhanced wireless functionality, you’ll enjoy the world’s fastest transmission times. And virtually instantaneous data transmission from your notebook PC to the projector, even when moving large audio and video files. Panasonic's wireless technology provides the flexibility needed to get more out of your presentations. Light Harmonizer Technology
Enjoy crisp, clear, vivid images from your projector - even in bright lighting conditions

This new technology uses a built-in ambient light sensor (ALS) to measure changes in room lighting levels. A Light Harmonizer circuit then adjusts the projector’s gamma curve according to the measured brightness and the input level to assure optimal viewing in all lighting conditions. The result is projector images that are crisp, vivid and easy to see even in the kind of bright lighting that makes images from other projectors look whitish, faded or lacking in detail. With Light Harmonizer Technology you can get together with friends to watch movies or concerts in normal room lighting or for an afternoon game – and still enjoy clear, brilliant images with crisp details.

Liquid Cooling System
Panasonic's patented liquid cooling system allows for a hermetically sealed DLP® optical processing engine that improves projector reliability, operation, and image quality - ideal for dusty or smoke-filled applications, such as concert and sporting events, nightclubs, and bars.

In projection systems using DLP technology, the microscopic mirrors turn light on and off. During the off period, light is directed away from the lens. Heat inside the projector causes substantial performance and maintenance issues. Standard solutions to deal with this problem have relied solely on fans to cool down the light engine. And this creates a new set of problems, including fan noise, particles of dust blowing into the light path, and smoke from the surrounding environment.

Panasonic’s unique liquid cooling system eliminates the problems brought on by smoke and dust, and greatly reduces the use of fans inside the projector, virtually eliminating fan noise – while significantly improving image quality and maintenance requirements.

Micro Cut Projector Filter
A new filter in the projector air intake section traps dust particles that are 10 microns or larger. By capturing approximately 7 times as much dust as our previous filters, it guards against optical blocks and reduces the penetration of dust into to the interior to provide stable operation by, for example, preventing drops in projector brightness.

Quad-Lamp Optical Center
With Panasonic's original four-lamp system, the PT-D10000U projector generates an outstanding 10,000-lumen brightness. If one lamp burns out during operation, the remaining projector lamps provide plenty of light to continue projecting. A lamp relay mode is also included. Extended, continuous operation is possible by projector's lamp mode selection

Sealed Optical Block
The light path is one of the most important elements inside the projector. It is the critical function that projects the image through the lens and onto the screen. Traditional projectors have an open light path, which not only allows contaminants like smoke and dust to infiltrate the light source and degrade the image quality of the presentation, it also increases maintenance and upkeep costs.

With our unique Sealed Optical Block design, the effects of dust and smoke have been minimized by hermetically sealing the light path. This dust-free design helps ensure that our DLP® projectors will continue to deliver crisp, sharp, high-resolution images while reducing servicing costs.

Smoke Cut Filter
The Smoke Cut Filter is ideal for projector rental dealers who often use smoke/fog machines to add flare to concert events. The new Smoke-cut filter prevents smoke/fog from entering the DW10000/D10000 projectors, which can often cause an oily residue to build up. The filter increases the projector's resilience in smoky concert venues allowing it to show the best images possible. The filter can be used for 24 hours at a time, saving rental dealers money and time.

Smooth Screen Technology
Smooth Screen Technology for deep, movie-like projector images - No screen door effect

Panasonic's breakthrough projector technology, Smooth Screen Technology utilizes double crystal refraction to arrange pixels on a screen without gaps between them. This results in a reduction of the black-line "screen door effect" between pixels that mar picture quality, resulting in images that look as smooth and vibrant as they do in the movies. Smooth Screen Technology also protects colors from the screen door or chicken wire effect, so the images appear deeper and more three-dimensional.

Ultra-Quiet Projector Operation
When used in museums, houses of worship, and other applications where projector noise can be a distraction, ordinary projectors can often stand out more than the presentation. Panasonic’s unique design solutions, such as our liquid cooling system, help deliver whisper-quiet operation, so your audience pays more attention to your message than your projector.

Vivid Color Control
A unique control technology is used to maximize the color segments of the color wheel. Compared to conventional projectors, the brightness of each individual color is increased by an average of 15% resulting in sharper, clearer color reproduction, producing a more vivid projector image as a whole.

Web Browser Control/ Monitoring
The Panasonic PT-DW5100 / PT-DW5100L / PT-D5700 / PT-D5700L / PT-D4000 projectors can be operated by remote control or a computer’s web browser over a LAN network to monitor its status. The Panasonic PT-DW5100 / PT-DW5100L / PT-D5700 / PT-D5700L / PT-D4000 projector sends an E-mail message to notify the projector operator when an error has occurred, or a lamp needs to be replaced.
